My name is Noor Fatima and I am the creator of Smart Spoon Global. I am a student who loves cooking and enjoys learning new things every day. Although I am not a professional chef, the kitchen has always been a place where my curiosity comes alive.

Whenever I entered the kitchen, I found myself asking questions like, Why does bread rise? Why do onions turn brown? Why does meat become tender? Why does chocolate melt so smoothly? I wasn't satisfied with simply following recipes, I wanted to understand how and why these things happen.

The more I explored, the more I realized that cooking is full of fascinating science. That curiosity inspired me to start Smart Spoon Global and share what I learned with others in a simple and practical way.

When I first created this website, I focused on budget meals, basic nutrition, and simple cooking tips. As I continued learning, my interest gradually shifted toward food science.
